Justine Monsul is a multidisciplinary artist whose work lives at the meeting point of food, design, and the human spirit. With roots in the culinary arts and psychology, her practice explores the invisible threads between nourishment and connection to ourselves and nature.

Justine founded Monfefo, an award-winning cold-pressed beverage company distributed across the U.S. She is a 2023 Tory Burch Fellow and winner of BevNET’s Best New Beverage Award, she has been featured in The New York Times, The Wall Street Journal, and other leading publications.

Today, she continues to build bridges between art and nourishment through edible installations, experiential dinners, food styling, and consulting for brands and spaces that wish to elevate their offerings into experiences of beauty, meaning, and nourishment.
