The Way of Cooking is created by Justine Monsul. She is a multidisciplinary artist with a background in the culinary arts and psychology. Through her studies and travels around the world, including the Wudang Mountains where she studied the Tao, her teachings offer a non-dualistic perspective towards ourselves and the planet.
